Charged: Assault

• Thierre Louis, 19, of Waterbay Condos, was arrested March 11 and charged with second-degree assault and domestic violence. No bail was set per the domestic violence statute.

• Wilfred Brewer Jr., 42, of Estate Wintberg, was arrested March 13 and charged with third-degree assault. Bail was set at $25,000.

• A 16-year-old boy was arrested March 15 and charged with simple assault and disturbance of the peace at Charlotte Amalie High School. The teen was released to his parents.

• Josefina Eredia, 51, of Bovoni, was arrested March 17 and charged with simple assault, domestic violence. No bail was set per the domestic violence statute.

• A 14-year-old boy was arrested Thursday and charged with simple assault and battery at Addelita Cancryn Jr. High School. The teen was released to his parents.

Charged: Fugitive from justice

• Keturah Candice Ernest, 28, of Contant Knolls, was arrested Thursday on a warrant out of Fulton County, Georgia.

Ernest was charged with being a fugitive from justice in connection with an incident that occurred on March 21, 1991, according to the police arrest log. No bail was set.

Charged: Drugs and ammunition

• Jakel Bell, 25, of Estate Wintberg, was arrested March 12 and charged with cultivating marijuana and unauthorized possession of ammunition. Bail was set at $20,000.

Charged: Delaying and obstructing

• Yauhan Lawrence, 39, of Bovoni, was arrested March 13 and charged with delaying and obstructing. Bail was set at $1,000.

Charged: Firearm possession

• Allan Emmanuel Stevens, 36, of Bournefield, was arrested March 17 and charged with unlicensed possession of a firearm, carrying or using a dangerous weapon, unlicensed possession of ammunition, disturbance of the peace by threat and failure to report possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $50,000.

Charged: DUI

• James Warner, 41, of Contant, was arrested March 14 and charged with driving under the influence, operating a vehicle with illegal blood alcohol content and negligent driving. Bail was set at $500.

• JahKay Bolques, 22, of Chocolate Hole, was arrested March 12 and charged with destruction of property and domestic violence. No bail was set per the domestic violence statute.

Charged: Robbery

• Ezius Ashly, 19, of Calabash Boom, was arrested Sunday and charged with first-degree robbery in connection with an incident that occurred on Valley Road on March 4, according to the police arrest log. Bail was set at $25,000.

Charged: Burglary

• Alexis Danois, 44, of Estate Whim, was arrested March 11 and charged with second-degree burglary and domestic violence. No bail was set per the domestic violence statute.

• Akeem Alvarez James, 29, of Lorraine Village, was arrested March 12 and charged with second-degree burglary and domestic violence. No bail was set per the domestic violence statute.

Charged: Embezzlement

• Clyde James Jr., 21, of Frederiksted, was arrested March 11 and charged with embezzlement by clerks, agents, employees. James was arrested following an internal investigation by Home Depot that found he left the store with merchandise for which he had not paid the full amount.

Bail was set at $10,000.

• Syel Williams, 29, of no fixed address, was arrested March 14 and charged with contempt of court, domestic violence. No bail was set per the domestic violence statute.

Charged: Unlawful sexual contact

• Alex Encarnacion, 19, of Williams Delight, was arrested March 14 and charged with second-degree unlawful sexual contact. Bail was set at $1,000.

Charged: Destruction of property

• Senuah Benjamin, 22, of Estate La Grange, was arrested March 17 and charged with destruction of property, domestic violence, after he destroyed the rear glass and side mirrors of a woman’s vehicle with a baseball bat. No bail was set per the domestic violence statute.

Charged: Possession of a firearm

• Lionel Adolphus Woodley, 33, of Peter’s Rest, was arrested March 18 and charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $25,000.
