UVI board: The University of the Virgin Islands board of trustees will meet at 9 a.m. today in the Great Hall of the North West Wing on the St. Croix campus. The meeting will convene with regular session agenda items. UVI President Dr. David Hall will give his first President's Report to the board.
Education board: The 16th elected Virgin Islands Board of Education has scheduled a special videoconference board meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the St. Croix conference room.
Historic Preservation: The St. Croix Historic Preservation Committee will hold its monthly meeting at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Fort Frederik Museum. For information, contact the V.I. Historic Preservation Office at 772-2021.
Class cruise: St. Croix Central High School PTSA invites members, alumni and students to participate in the 2010 class and alumni cruise. For information, e-mail stxchsptsa@hotmail.com or call 692-9558.
Adopt-A-Family: The Department of Human Services' Division of Children and Family Services is coordinating its third annual Adopt-A-Family Program. Community sponsors and families are asked to provide a great Thanksgiving and Christmas for a less fortunate family. There are many ways you can help.
