AARP: AARP St. Croix Chapter No. 3167 will hold its next regular meeting at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Herbert Grigg Home. Guest speaker will be Lizzette Gonzales, Medicare Operations Manager at Pro Salud HMO Corp. All members are encouraged to attend. Car wash and food sale: The St. Croix Educational Complex High School Band program is having a car wash and food sale from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m Saturday at the St. Croix Educational Complex.
Car wash: The St. Joseph's High School Class of 2011 and the Conversational Spanish Class are holding a car wash on Saturday at Plaza West. All proceeds go towards a trip to Costa Rica in summer 2010.
Republican Party: The Territorial Committee of the Republican Party of the USVI will hold a meeting by teleconference at 6:30 p.m. at the offices of Hunter, Cole & Bennett in the 3rd floor of the Penthenny Building located at 1138 King St., Christiansted.

Adopt-A-Family: The Department of Human Services' Division of Children and Family Services is coordinating its third annual Adopt-A-Family Program. Community sponsors and families are asked to provide a great Thanksgiving and Christmas for a less fortunate family. There are many ways you can help. Women's Coalition: The Women's Coalition of St. Croix's support group for adult survivors of incest meets from 6 to 8 p.m. every Wednesday at the Women's Coalition. For information, call 773-9272.
- The Women's Coalition of St. Croix's support group for victims of domestic violence meets from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. every Monday at the Women's Coalition.
- The Women's Coalition of St. Croix's support group for teen victims of sexual assault meets from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. every Thursday at the Women's Coalition.
