Nigerian pastor returns to St. Thomas for 3-day 'extreme miracles' series
By GENEVIEVE RYAN
Saturday, September 12th 2009

The impossible will be possible next week on St. Thomas when V.I. Christian Ministries hosts the Extreme Miracles series with Pastor Festus N'soha beginning Sept. 18 and ending Sept. 20. All are welcome.

The series will take place at four incremental meetings at the church.

Individuals interesting in receiving a miracle are advised to attend all four meetings as the teachings at each meeting builds on the meeting before.

"We're living in a day of extreme needs, well, we've got extreme miracles to meet those needs," said Adelle Penn-Brown of V.I. Christian Ministries.

The series begins at 7 p.m. Sept. 18 with "Preparation." The "Preparation" meeting will involve getting prepared to receive a miracle.

"Nothing ever just happens - everything has some kind of preoperation before it; it's a building up," said Penn-Brown.

The series continues at 9 a.m. Sept. 19 with "Healing School." "Healing School" is a weekly event that tales place at 9 a.m. every Saturday morning at V.I. Christian Ministries, and is usually led by Penn-Brown. On Sept. 19, this event will be led by N'soha, and will build on his teachings from the night before.

"Every Saturday morning at 9 a.m. there is Healing School and it's teaching you about healing, how to get healed, and how to receive a miracle if you're sick. If you need a miracle, over here at V.I. Christian Ministries is the place to be on Saturday morning. God's will is to heal everyone, and whether a person is healed or not is up to them," said Penn-Brown.

At 7 p.m. Sept. 19, participants will experience the "Extreme Miracles" part of the series.

"Because a foundation has been laid, because preoperation has been done, it is now ready to get into your body," said Penn-Brown.

Finally, at 9 a.m. Sept. 20, the series will conclude with "Consummation." This part of the series will involve sealing and solidifying what individuals have learned throughout the three days. N'soha will teach what the word of God says on how to keep what one has, as well as what causes a sickness or ailment to come back and how to keep it from coming back.

"Basically, it's keeping what you receive during the three days he's here. A lot of people receive but don't keep it," said Penn-Brown.

This will be the third year Pastor N'soha has come to St. Thomas to heal and spread the word of God. Nigerian by birth, N'soha's biography states that the miracles of his life began at 9 p.m. Sept. 7, 1985, when Jesus visited him in his room.

Then, at 4 p.m. Dec. 24, 1985, he was visited again and told to leave for Cameroon. In September 1991, while in prayers, God gave Pastor N'soha the vision for a ministry in Europe.

For the past 16 years, he has served as a missionary in the Czech Republic, and has conducted extensive ministries in the U.S. and other parts of the world.

He serves with his wife, Margaret, and they have three children.

V.I. Christian Ministries is located in Bolongo at the bottom of Donkey Hill, in the second building which is yellow with a green roof.
