Time for a change (at least for the mainland)
Saturday, October 31st 2009
Most people in the United States will set their clocks back one hour at 2 a.m. Sunday as daylight-saving time ends.
The Virgin Islands, Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Marianas and the part of Indiana do not observe daylight-saving time.
After the change, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, which are in the Atlantic time zone, will be an hour ahead of the Eastern time zone. Daylight-saving time returns March 13.
