Charged: aggravated
assault and battery
Vicente Felix Garcia, 29, of Estate Whim, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday and charged with aggravated assault and battery, domestic violence.
No bail was set.
Charged: burglary,
Shevron Percival, 19, of Lorraine Village, was arrested at 4:11 p.m. Wednesday and charged with third-degree burglary and grand larceny. Bail was set at $35,000.
Charged: animal neglect
Roosevelt Lee, 70, of Hannah's Rest, was arrested at 1:39 a.m. Thursday and charged with first-degree animal neglect.
Police said he was arrested on a warrant in connection with an incident that took place on Sept. 17, 2009. Bail was set at $10,000.
Charged: Possession
of a controlled substance
Uriah John, 28, of Estate New Works, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute. Bail was set at $10,000.
