Rotary donates ‘Baby Think It Over’ doll

Avril Graham, left, head of the Rotary Club of St .Thomas’ “Baby Think It Over” teen pregnancy deterrent program at Charlotte Amalie High School, receives a “baby” suffering from “shaken baby syndrome” from Ron Lockhart, club president, and Rotarian Mary Gleason. Purchase of the “baby” was made possible for inclusion in the program via a grant from the Rotary Club under direction of Diana White, former Rotary 7020 District Governor. The “baby,” with a transparent skull, will be used to demonstrate the perils of what can happen if an infant child is shaken.
