Former V.I. resident Opal Palmer Adisa has released a new children’s book focused on Virgin Islands culture.

“Dance Quadrille and Play Quelbe” is a story told from the perspective of Jasmine and Justin, sister and brother, as they prepare to perform at a St. Croix cultural festival.
