Stephanie Barnes has filed a motion to sever her criminal case from co-defendant, former Casino Control Commission Chairwoman Violet Anne Golden, and said an FBI agent bullied her into answering questions about their alleged fraud conspiracy, according to documents filed in U.S. District Court.

Golden and Barnes are both free on bond after they were charged July 11 in a 30-count federal indictment with conspiring to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars in commission funds to go on luxury vacations and spending sprees.
