Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. on Monday warned that bars and restaurants remain a “vulnerable point” for the COVID-19 virus, as infections rise among food service workers and give further credence to the wearing of face masks.

“The virus is very much alive and [is] in our community,” Bryan said at a news conference on St. Croix. “And the place where you are most likely to get it is anywhere where you don’t have your mask on and where you see other people without their mask on.”
