A scaled-down BVI Emancipation Festival finally hit its stride Wednesday on what was to be its final day. With its opening activities delayed as Tropical Storm Isaias approached, Wednesday's Festival of Culture and Praise was the event's first full-day, non-musical event. The festival still has two more days to run with the Cultural Food Fair now set for Friday at the Pier Park and the Farmer's Market now planned for Saturday at the Caret Bay Festival Grounds.
