ST. THOMAS — A young cruise ship passenger was rescued by two St. Thomas men on Monday after her wheelchair rolled off the West Indian Co. dock and into the water.

Camelia Febres-Carrillo, a dancer who works with the V.I. Tourism Department to welcome cruise arrivals at the dock, first told The Daily News in a phone interview that she heard screaming near the Carnival Fascination ship at about 10:30 a.m.
