ST. CROIX — This Friday, all roads will lead to Estate Grove Place where the Grove Place Action Committee will be host its annual Liberty Day celebration. The day commemorates the life and legacy of V.I. labor leader David Hamilton Jackson.
Raymond Williams, event coordinator, said festivities will start with a ceremony at 1 p.m. in the park named in Jackson’s honor.
