WASHINGTON, D.C. — Virgin Islands Delegate to Congress Stacey Plaskett admitted that her relationship with Government House has not always been rosy, insisting there was “personal antagonism” between her and former Gov. Kenneth Mapp, and a similar rift with Gov. Albert Bryan Jr.’s staff.

“I have a much more personal relationship with Albert Bryan than I did with Mapp,” Plaskett said, pointing to how their children were classmates, and how she and her husband are still “personal friends” with Bryan.
