ST. THOMAS — As the territory holds it breath for an impending decision on electricity rates, the Virgin Islands Alliance for Consumer Justice is taking a firm stand on behalf of a growing and all-too-frustrated public: “enough is enough.”

“It’s time for us to take a stand on this,” said Alliance founder Clarence Payne. “This thing is driving a wedge in our community and we have to fight back — this is the right fight to have.”
