Murder suspect Ivan James and four co-defendants are facing new federal drug and weapons charges related to a series of crimes stretching back to 2013, according to an indictment unsealed in U.S. District Court Monday.

James is accused of conspiring with Kai James, Joh Williams, Malachi Benjamin, and Tillisa Ceaser in a conspiracy to traffic guns and weapons through St. Croix, according to the 20-count grand jury indictment, which also seeks forfeiture of 10 weapons seized by investigators.
