United Way of the U.S. Virgin Islands is still pushing its Stuff the Bus drive for school supplies as the 2019-20 academic year approaches.

The organization is accepting supplies for the annual initiative, which started last month, through Friday, according to a news release. Vinod Dadlani, the local United Way chapter’s CEO, told The Daily News in a phone interview that once the drive ends, the United Way team spends approximately 7 to 10 days preparing school supply packages before the school year starts.
