Two men have been charged with drug-related crimes after their boat was intercepted near Puerto Rico, according to a statement from U.S. Attorney Gretchen Shappert.

Pedro Ramos-Guerra and Carlos Alberto Cuevas-Almonte were charged Nov. 21 with conspiracy to possess and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute on board a vessel subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, and with destroying property subject to forfeiture.
