A few weeks ago, I agreed to give a lecture to the class of a colleague at the University of the Virgin Islands on historiography at the St. George Village Botanical Garden.

Dr. Chenira Kahina Davis teaches social science, an interdisciplinary subject that deals with the social, cultural, political, and economic aspects of human behavior. It can also include anthropology, sociology, psychology, and other branches of study. Outdoors in an environment of history and culture was a perfect setting for her students to learn.
