Puerto Rico Earthquake

Residents survey damage where a home partially collapsed after an earthquake hit Guanica, Puerto Rico, Monday. A 5.8-magnitude quake hit before dawn Monday, unleashing small landslides, causing power outages and severely cracking some homes.

Many of you would have already been following — and possibly feeling — the increase in seismic activity that has been occurring in our region since the earthquake swarm south of Puerto Rico in December last year.
