Like many of you, I have looked warily at a local pepper bottle and wondered if I could withstand the heat. I pass on locally made pepper bottles with all due respect. I have, however, always wondered what goes into making these masterpieces of flavor.

One day while perusing Facebook, I saw a post that caught my eye. It was a picture of a beautifully crafted pepper bottle. The sunlight was hitting it at just the right angle to show off all the different layers and colors of the ingredients. It was amazing.
