The U.S. Virgin Islands’ men’s national tennis team suffered its second straight shutout loss in the Davis Cup Americas Group III qualifying tournament, falling to Antigua and Barbuda 3-0 on Wednesday in Escazu, Costa Rica.

The shutout loss, coming after Tuesday’s 3-0 defeat by Puerto Rico, extends the USVI’s losing streak in the international tournament to 18 consecutive matches, dating back to the 2012 Americas Group III qualifier in Trinidad and Tobago.
